Pros

- Work life balance is good

Cons

- Leadership doesn't care about employee morale. They don't communicate in a respectful way. - Leadership says they care about stopping attrition and retaining talent, but they cancel employee benefits without announcement or explanation. - The compensation is poor and stock has become worthless - Interim CEO Maggie does not demonstrate empathy towards her employees

Pros

Compensation was previously in line with the industry.

Cons

We have been losing key leaders for the last year all the way down to lead developer positions. The company is very short-term focused. Pay increases are not keeping up with inflation. Layoffs have hurt morale, and some who are left are being asked to step down from lead positions.
