Let;s start with the Board of Directors, they should all be fired. The board did nothing to help the company nor did the CFO. The fact that they all fell asleep while the stock was at $300 then through the CEO, CRO, and COO out when the stock cratered to $58 should you tell you that they have no business running the business currently. The acting CEO was quoted as saying "the CEO reports and works for the Board of Directors." Now you have the Chairwoman and another board member running the place. Hello "Pot calling the Kettle Black". by the way the interim CEO gets paid $700k and a monthly bonus of $67k so she is getting paid regardless !! Oh boy Wall St should throw them all out

Used to be one of the earlier employees at DocuSign EMEA and used to be very content with the environment and culture. However, with an ever growing business, things went downhill in the last years as management (upper level and direct managers) got more and more arrogant. Toxics managers that will make sure you shut up and only do your job (and will be celebrated for that). People that are playing unfair will be favored. There is no conflict resolution but a “suck it up” mentality, not realizing they are playing with people’s income and mental health. When trying to be vocal about it, they shut you down. I’ve seen a lot of great sales people joining the company and leaving a few months after. Don’t buy the hype.
