Pros

- Great product - Competitive pay - Excellent benefits (even though the new CEO and leadership have been quietly getting rid of a lot of benefits)

Cons

- Leaderships have been getting rid of benefits without any sort of formal communication - I've been finding out through complaining colleagues in Slack channels - No transparency - No job stability, top performers can get laid off at any time - They've essentially froze internal promotions recently - Company culture has taken has taken a huge hit under new leadership

Pros

Still some tenured people managers that know what their doing and try to keep people motivated and engaged

Cons

New leadership regurgitates the same arbitrary messages about "the vital few priorities" and "customer first mentality" but fails to assign territories 7 weeks into the year, doesn't show face or communicate with employees, and assigns projects/tasks that are a complete waste of time and take away from focusing on customers for their own piece of mind. Allan may be smart but he is a very poor leader and has done the opposite of motivate or unite.

Pros

Some teams are very tight knit and this might help them weather the upheaval Medical benefits are pretty good

Cons

The new management is terrible. Both the new head of HR and the new CEO do not seem to understand that lying to your employees and trying to pass it off as miscommunication is a terrible way to start out your tenure The new upper management seems to have no concept that removing published permanent benefits and claiming they were only for the pandemic does not instill trust. The new CEO, Allan, is very tone deaf and has absolutely no clue what he is doing in tearing down the culture that Dan Springer built up. While I have no doubt that he is sales focused, he is riding the wave that the previous administration put into place and he will claim the turnaround is due to his input
