Pros

Comp was decent. Strong products and name recognition. A lot of good coworkers and some good people in the various support teams.

Cons

I was heavily recruited by DocuSign and sold a vision of massive growth and CLM being the future of the company etc only to be laid off 6 months later. I then saw multiple Account Executive roles posted within a month of being laid off and was never given a chance to apply for another role. The entire time I was there I felt like I was standing in ruins of a once great civilization. Constant shuffling of teams and structure . My territory wasn’t clearly defined until I was 4 months on the job. The prime and co-prime AE structure for speciality solutions was really unclear. DocuSign’s implementation was way too expensive leading to a heavy reliance on SI’s, but engagement was clumsy and difficult leading to drawn out process for customers that really slowed down the sales cycle.

Pros

not really much other than a paycheck now, and executive “leadership”‘is making that difficult currently.

Cons

Allan came in and immediately stripped away some key benefits like: Holiday shutdown, quarterly day of rest, company paid health coverage, sick time etc… Under Dan it felt like you were trusted and appreciated, there is NONE of that with Allan. He kept saying there will be no layoffs, then 2 rounds happened in his extremely short tenure. Upper Management kept hounding us to do this glint survey, because they “really care about our feedback,” then literally ignored ALL of the concerns, and said “deal with it, this is how it is now.” This WAS a great company to work for, look at the reviews now, it’s a dumpster fire…

Pros

The people you work with on a day to day are amazing, everyone is kind and willing to help you learn. The first and second line managers were the reason I loved working there from day one.

Cons

I don't think upper management even knows what direction this company is going in. Since Allan and Jennifer came on board in place of Dan and Joan the company has done a 180 on priorities and communication. Benefits slashed, very much a "do more with less" attitude while spending time during all hands meetings bragging about how much cash is in the bank.
