Pros

Intelligent leadership who set challenging, yet attainable goals. Well-run organization overall, especially considering how quickly the company is growing. Good benefits. Clear promotion path for anyone willing to put in the work and effort.

Cons

Would love to see a 401k match added to the benefit plan. A bit more transparency would be great as well.

Thanks for your input. Points well taken. Re your point about lower level employees, please serve that idea up to Loren or Chris (depending on which org you sit in). If you have specific ideas of how we can close this gap, please let them or me know. Ann Poletti

A Growing Company With a Startup Heart

Pros

The people who work here really do care about their jobs, and the product / service they are building. You get to work with super smart people who want to succeed. The location off the office in downtown SF, and close to public transportation is a huge plus!

Cons

Priorities can change from time to time, and for some people that is hard. We are losing Keith Krach as our CEO and he will be very hard to replace.

Thanks. Love your points. The good thing about Keith is he is passionate and really cares about the company. He and the board will pick the right successor. The bar is high and they won't compromise IMHO. And also he will remain Chairman and actively involved for at least another 3 years.
