Pros

Great working environment, Company is going places, lots of opportunity due to high growth, great people and good career options. Positioned well to dominate the eSignature space.

Cons

The commute is a bit long for me, but the company provides some benefits in this area. Fast growth means employee programs are still catching up with employee needs

Thank you for your input. Michael Erisman's team is working on building out development programs. If you have ideas of how we can better cross-pollinate teams and which ones, please serve those ideas up to your manager or /and your Exec Staff member or me. We are always interested in cracking that nut. Ann Poletti

Cons

The products that we have are the best in the industry. We need more products like this to sell.

Pros

I love being part of a company which goal is to change human behavior for the better. Over the last centuries, we have reached agreements using pen and paper. Now, we are at point in time, where we can do this in a secure digital format that allows us to save time and money.

Cons

I think DocuSign is like a teenager and is still trying to figure out its identity as a company. Most of the problems I hear about and have experienced first hand are cultural ones. Some important changes are being made to improve this, however, I think there are still some more to come, before these cultural issues are resolved.
