Good work conditions, great team members and coworkers. Salary above average for similar roles. Central location for the office. Regular company or team events. Lots of career opportunities.

Cons

There is a lot to learn so it will take time to become really autonomous.

Engaged CEO and executives. Flexible work environment and schedule. Pretty good perks. Every one is very helpful.

Cons

Salary a little low. Less perks than other tech companies, food, gym or gym membership etc.
