      Pros

      Very interesting challenges since we are growing massively in EMEA. Hard work = great results Career opportunities! Very collaborative environment and you can challenge the status quo Executives and leadership team have an open door and are approachable Fun and we almost have no paper in the office!

      Cons

      If you are not open and willing to solve and go over operational obstacles, some of them can seem daunting for who never worked in a start up environment.

      Great culture of accountability, dedication and hard work. We say what we do and we do what we say. Relaxed vibe that also encourages and recognizes those who push themselves and others to succeed

      Cons

      Pay isn't great compared to other tech companies, work from home policy could be more flexible

      Pros

      Amazing company culture - the work/life balance is real and managers remind you to be balanced! But what's also great is how fast-paced and productive my days are working here. There's never a dull moment - it's stimulating, exciting and procedures and processes are clear and defined making the day to day super efficient. I just love my job at DocuSign!

      Cons

      I really can't think of any - there's a lot of work and hopefully that will lesson as we add more players to the team. However, it's very manageable as long as you prioritize.
