Pros

I've worked at DocuSign for the past 3 years and have found myself again and again reflecting on how thankful I am that this is where I wound up working out of college. I've been blow away by the continual career growth opportunities I've been given and leadership's continued willingness and flexibility to work me to ensure a long and fruitful relationship. The work/life balance is great. The people I work with are great. Compensation is highly competitive and the company is on a fantastic trajectory. DocuSign's also recently approved an employee-match program for charitable donations which I think is a very cool illustration of senior leadership's commitment to social impact and supporting employee's personal and professional passions.

Cons

Very high expectations and a lot of pressure/stress in the sales org. It is a very quarterly-driven environment and the last 2 weeks of every quarter are intense. This is something I personally appreciate -- but would not be ideal for all personality types.

You and I probably joined around the same time. Great to hear you have had great career opportunities and flexibility, like our charitable matching program and the work/life balance etc. Good point re sales culture. We are focused and driven. And its good for candidates to know so thank you for sharing that.

Hello to the Big Apple. Thanks for weighing in. Good to hear that you like how we are innovating. Our CEO says he will talk matching 401K post-IPO. It's on his radar so its only a matter of time. As far as remote employees are concerned, pls contact Ellen Reilly. She is gathering best practices and specific ideas about what we can do to make a remote employee's experience better. Brainstorm, come up will specific proposals than speak to your manager and the head of HR. We want this to be best in class. Help us.

Pros

- Docusign is the leading online e-signature company with many interesting and technical challenges. - They have really amazing products and features with new ones coming in all the time. - Its a great place to work with great benefits and really nice office locations in San Francisco and Seattle - Work/Life balance is really good with flexible hours as well as allow to work from home when needed. Best I've seen in most companies I've worked for - What makes DocuSign standout from the rest are the people who work there. I have been here for less than a year and I was impressed with how I was treated and continue to be treated as a valued coworker.

Cons

- Very few cons to working here - Technical stack to learn for an engineer can be overwhelming but the on-boarding experience is really good and they are very patient allowing you to learn at your own pace. - Communication between teams can be lacking but they are working on this.

Ding, ding, ding. You earn points for the longest recent review. Love the details. This is so helpful to candidates as they assess if DocuSign is the right company for them. Glad to hear your engineering onboarding experience is good and your colleagues are patient. Another person raised the issue about comms between teams. Glad to hear that it is getting better. I loved Scott, Ron and Tom's presentation at the last All Hands. (Its on the Hub if you missed it.) Certainly seems like our leadership gets it that we all need to work together as one team. Cheers.
