Pros

No pros whatsoever. In time, I was there, and I learned that people were sacked within 3 days of starting. If you don't fit into their oddball culture, you will be out. All the staff are negative about the company, and the way the managers talk to their staff is disgusting

Cons

If you have an opinion, I wouldn't work here, it's a toxic culture with toxic people, at first it seems like a normal company to work for, but it isn't, they teach unethical sales tactics and treat salespeople like robots. They do not care about your personal well being at all

To be honest the cons outweigh the pros that much that the pros are no longer applicable.

Cons

Where to start, lack of local leadership, toxic office culture, no support locally or from the wider company to address issues within the region.

Good Salary, my colleagues in the same department were always friendly and helpful

Cons

Poor management, no signs of making any kind of improvement, people being made redundant at the end of every year, being asked to do more work for the same pay
