Pros

Non at all and can I say any recent reviews showing any positivity are blatant fake reviews

Cons

Gross managerial abuse by so called managers that can’t manage people or have any moral compass. Treat money like sweets and now it’s all going horribly wrong and they are unethically sacking people whilst job fixing to keep others. The business is in a dire Debt situation and having to sell assets to make ends meet. There has been a ridiculous amounts of redundancies. HR is never seen In Manchester. Sooner I leave the better.

No job security, unrealistic targets, never coming promotions

Pros

Unfortunately there isn’t any essentially no long term ones

Cons

If you love stress and no job security this company is for you. Every department has unrealistic targets to meet from sales to aftercare and everything in between which means installs are rushed in from every stage and meeting these targets is also “not an option” leading to stress and unpaid late nights working. There is also no job security people are let go in mass every year due to mismanagement and lack of funds and you are made to feel like you need to work late and fight for your job constantly just to make it through another bad month. There is also a huge blame game culture issue when anything goes wrong or targets are not met which happens daily, management takes no responsibility as they need to report daily stats so start to look who to blame leading to everyone being out for themselves and passing the book like a game of hot potato. Promotions are also dangled in front of you as an incentive to work late and harder than required but never come with excuses such as budget restrictions when chased. I would stay away from them even if you get the job you will be looking for another as soon as you realise the unpaid hours and stress that comes along with it.
