Pros

Work if you want to live in Afghanistan and fill a departing employee position whom has witnessed the lack of sales and domestic flight operations.

Cons

government drawdown, is reducing the number of aircraft, both helicopter and fixed wing. Airlift does not have any other flying business, corporate has aircraft it operates and it is not bringing Airlift employees to fly them, it went to the open market.

Pros

Flexible schedule for some departments. Some opportunity to grow if you are someone that managers like.

Cons

There are many employees that work there that get by with doing absolutely nothing. While others have to pick up their slack and leave at the end of the day frustrated. Upper management has no idea what the actual worker bees do from day to day, nor do they care. There are a lot of office dwellers that, in my opinion, get paid to do nothing. Compensation is terrible.
