Called for in person interview. They as about past experience in warehouse setting. Also there were some personal questions such as schooling, etc. I think they just try to get a feel of you're schedule to place you on different shifts to accommodate.

Interview
Applied and went to a job fair at the DC where they show u everything around the building and what you will be doing. Was called before I got home (25 minute drive). They told me to come in the next day. I took a PAT test to see if you are physically fit enough to do the job. Afterwards, I picked the department I wanted to work as well as the schedule. Then I was told to go take a urine test, and one day later I was called in to start training that Monday.
