1. Complete the online application 2. complete the online assessment test. 3. Wait for a call from HR. 4. Go for an interview. 5. Go in for a physical fitness test (if applicable) 6. Get a DRUG test 7. Get a back ground check 8 . Wait for 3 days to 3 weeks depending on the company doing the background check 9. Get passed with a background check 10. Get an email or call saying your are hired and a start date.
