Walmart DC doesn't really have an interview. Honestly they hire anyone that can pass a drug test and a background check. Any willing able body will do. Take a tour of the warehouse and tell them what area they have an opening in will work best for you.

To start you pick a day to come to the work place to be interviewed. You are then brought in along with other applicants to be given a tour of the facility by a manager, in which you can ask questions about the different positions and what work they entail. Then you are personally interviewed one on one, afterwards if your hired your brought into a conference room with the other applicants who've been hired. Next they have a brief meeting with all the newly hired employees where you are given your work position, start date, and other employee information.
