Application -> Screener -> Warehouse Manager Interview ~2 weeks The application had a test/assessment. Otherwise, very standard information. The phone screener was fairly standard. Talked a lot about my experiences and connected them to situations. Warehouse managers focused on lead people. 2 people who have been with the company for several years. Focused on "fit".
