I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RBC (Montreal, QC) in Nov 2017
Interview
I was first sent a online test that took from 30 to 45 mins to complete. The test is not hard. It's a simulation of a call centre work.
I was then contacted by e-mail for a phone/online interview. It's a webcam call. I was asked a couple of questions about myself, the company, the job position and my past experiences. The interview went well, the interviewer was friendly and made my stress quickly go away. The interview was half in french and half in english.
At the end of the interview, she asked me if I was available for a group interview.
The interview is tomorrow, i'll be posting about how it went later.
