I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RBC
Interview
There are two stages to this interview process from what I remember. The first one is a phone interview which wasn't all that long. I remember right after the interview the HR rep was giving me advice as to how to prep for the second interview. She mentioned that there will be a lot of scenario based questions asked. So my focus here was to really present my sales experience. In general the process was very easy and not at all hard. The questions are what you'd expect in a typical interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2018
Interview
Interview were held it for 15 minutes over the phone, but recruiter was looking for detail-oriented answers. Had total of 4 interviews with RBC and really disappointed by their expection in regards to interview. Currently took an offer from other institution.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2018
Interview
Online Assesment> 1st Phone Interview > 2nd Phone Interview. The second interviewer gave me a time frame of 10 minutes and asked lots of questions and it took 22 minutes. I did not understand why she gave me a short time frame and then asked so many questions. It was a totally unprofessional experience. I didn't expect that from RBC recruiter. She told me that she will get back to me within 10 business days but no response even online status didn't change. I wrote follow up email to find out whats going on and finally got call back after 15 business days saying I wasn't selected.
