I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Fort Worth, TX) in Mar 2016
Interview
Got an email asking if I was still interested in the position. Then got a phone call setting up an interview after asking basic questions. Security Clearance is required. Interview was in Forth Worth and mostly behavioral. Two people interviewed me and told me about the company and what they expect from my position.
The last time I was involved with an interview at Lockheed Martin, I was part of an interviewing team looking at multiple candidates for an HFE position. A team of 6 to 8 LM employees would meet with an individual in a small conference room and would ask the interviewee questions relating to the position. My role was from a technical perspective. However, managers were also present asking questions from their point of view. Questions to my knowledge were not rehearsed but left up to each interviewer.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Owego, NY) in Feb 2016
Interview
Flew me down to Owego, NY for an electrical engineering position, all expenses paid. Dinner the night before, with an overview of the company. Day of interview, there were actually 4 interviews, one with different departments. Easiest interview of my life. They were more concerned with what I wanted to do rather than anything else. No technical questions, very easy and open ended behavioral questions. If you have a good resume, this process should be a breeze.
