Interview
There were 15 people interviewing for the same spot and about 6 interviewers. Each person had to interview with two different people. The interviewers were like the best group of people, very chill and relaxed. There wasn't really much to prepare for, it was a go to process and I think it overall it was shown to be very well good interview process.

Interview
It was conversational in nature. I applied through the external hiring site and was contacted by an HR representative for a phone screen. At that time I was working a professional services engagement in the area to which I was applying. The next was a panel interview conducted via phone with one panel member in the room with me.

The panel interview focused on communication and collaboration skills, experiences, and style. Questions pertaining to past project management experience focused on challenges and my approach to overcome them.

There was really no interview process contract change over takes place in a hotel conference room. You're called to a table sit with an interviewer for approximately 5 minutes and asked maybe 3 questions.
