5-6 behavioral questions with some follow up questions (related to job desc) + introduce yourself. interviewed by two people: manager of the position and one other person through Teams. low pressure environment, but still very professional. lasted about 15 minutes total and they focused more on how relative my answer was to the question/position and a bit of how i carried myself (i was very nervous and did not expect an offer)

Interview
Phone screening followed by a panel interview. A mixture of technical questions and personality questions. There were no "gotcha" questions and the entire process was very straight forward. Would interview again.

STAR interview. About 10 questions based on different scenarios and how you would handle them. Panel Interview of 3 people. They focus more on behavior fit and competency. Recruite contacted first interview was scheduled for following week.
