Lockheed Martin interview questions

The hiring event took place in Washington D.C. The first night there is a dinner and then networking event. Be sure to meet the site leads of the business units you are trying to hire into. The next day is a single interview along with selecting which sites you prefer. The interview was a panel with two Lockheed Martin employees and all the questions were behavioral based.

Phone Interview: Got a call out of the blue from the hiring manager--was interviewed on the spot..yay! -_- In-Person Interview: They tried to schedule it around Thanksgiving holiday--nope. Got it scheduled at a reasonable time. Was interviewed by three managers. Was given a skill test. Didn't hear back for four months--but I got the job.
