I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin
Interview
Spastic - the manager was a problem the entire time. They would not return my emails/phone calls until months later when I had an offer from another company.
The recruiter actually lied to me. Several times - flat-out lies, including threats about the IRS.
The interview itself was actually quite enjoyable. Several experienced software engineers asked relevant questions that actually gauged my skills and we engaged in friendly banter.
Interview? Great. Pre-interview? Pretty bad, quite frustrating. Post-interview and everything with the recruiter? That person alone almost lost me for Lockheed. Lies, lies, lies.
I applied online. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin
Interview
Applied to the online career section of Lockeed Martin. Three weeks later I received a phone call to set a date for a phone interview with a group of engineers. The way they described the company did not make me want to be there. It was as if they were burned out from working there.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Lakewood, CO)
Interview
They saw my resume on Monster and called me. I interviewed first with the Training Manager, then was joined by the Quality Assurance Manager, then later we were joined by the Project Manager. Very relaxed atmosphere. Were willing to consider me even though I had no software development experience. Received an offer by mail the next week, and started within 2 weeks of the interview.
