I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (El Paso, TX) in Oct 2015
Interview
A recruiter called me to ask if I was interested in a interview that there where some managers coming to my university and doing interviews. My interview experience was great, the person that interviewed me was very polite and made it feel like a regular conversation and not an interview. He did not ask me anything technical just situational questions. After 45 minutes of talking he had to close out the interview because he had another one booked after mine. I got a call the next day from this person and asked if he could interview me again over the phone the next day. The next day he called and asked me some more questions not very difficult ones.
