I was hired straight out of college. I was interviewed by 4 people. A team lead, a team manager, and 2 senior managers. The interview questions were all purely behavioral questions. There was no technical qusetions whatsoever. They did not even care about my technical strengths and weaknesses. Behavior question after behavior question.
Answer all questions using the "STAR" format.
Make sure when you answer the question, you always use the word "I" instead of "we"... apparently HR at LM thinks that engineering is not a team effort.

The strangest question I got was something along the lines of: "Describe a time when you helped someone else be innovative."

Internal interviews are held in front of a panel 3 individuals--2 are from within the group and another for outside perspective. These interviews are not technical, more behavioral. This does not apply for all business units but seems to be the case for IS&GS.
