A winning recipe for success. Henkel Poland has been awarded the Highest Quality HR Certificate by the Polish HR Management Association for the sixth year running. Once again, it shows the team is a reliable employer who cares about the safety, comfort, and development of employees. This latest award is especially significant due to the challenging circumstances faced over the past year.

Changing the hair color game Choicify is a revolutionary AI-powered app developed by Henkel Beauty Care in collaboration with Amazon. It takes the stress out of shopping for hair colors by allowing customers to access a “live mirror” feature, which provides them with real time images to help find their perfect style.
Leading the way in diversity! We’re delighted to have been named as a Diversity Leader 2021! This recognition comes as a result of a detailed study conducted jointly by the Financial Times and Statista. Together they analyzed employee feedback from 15,000 companies across 16 European countries, and found us to have one of the most positive scores on the topic of diversity and inclusion!
Thriving on responsibility. Mirella Silva is the Regional Finance Deployment Coordinator for the LATAM Region at Henkel Brazil. She’s responsible for local, regional and global projects that focus on digital transformation and process optimization. What she loves about the job are the different challenges it brings: “Working in such a dynamic department means every day is an opportunity to broaden my knowledge and skills”, she says.

Henkel takes The Climate Pledge. Henkel has reinforced its commitment to climate protection by joining “The Climate Pledge,” an international cross-industry commitment jointly agreed upon by Amazon and Global Optimism. Its objective? To achieve net-zero annual carbon emissions ten years ahead of the UN Paris Agreement’s 2050 target, so that Henkel can become a climate-positive company by 2040.
