As Henkel celebrates its 150th anniversary this year, we showed up in full force – with 150 amazing colleagues ready to celebrate together. With our anniversary truck leading the way and our walking group spreading the festive spirit, we turned the streets into a celebration of our history, our iconic brands, and our incredible teams. Candy and Henkel goodies included, of course! 🍬🎊
Our Henkel community came together for the very first TechXchange at HQ This new series dives into what’s next in tech – bringing Henkel experts and industry thought leaders together. For the kickoff, we teamed up with our strategic partner Microsoft to explore “AI and the Future of Work” - and how its transforming collaboration, creativity, and productivity at Henkel. Highlights? ✨ A powerful keynote from Agnes Heftberger, CEO Microsoft Germany & Austria ✨ Insights from Marco Swoboda (Henkel CFO) and Frank Tenbrock (Henkel CDIO) ✨ A dynamic panel discussion connecting strategy to impact Beyond the stage, the Open Exhibition & Experience Zone turned ideas into hands-on discovery - photobooth, expert booths, and more! Your Skills. Your Impact. Our global LearningFestival returned this year for two days fully dedicated to skills, growth, and collaboration. Thousands of colleagues around the world joined 50+ learning sessions across the themes Reflect, Optimize, and Unleash – covering topics from AI innovation and digital tools to leadership, resilience, and career development. With more than 90 session ideas submitted by employees, the Learning Festival was once again co-created by our people. Thank you to everyone who contributed and made it a success.
Industry up close – Henkel opens its factory gates! Last week, we were delighted to welcome around 100 curious visitors to our headquarters in Düsseldorf for the Long Night of Industry NRW. The tour kicked off at the Inspiration Center Düsseldorf, where our guests gained exciting insights into our innovative #adhesive technologies. Afterwards, they headed to the liquid detergent filling area, where they could experience the individual production steps up close. A big thank-you to everyone involved and to Zukunft durch Industrie for making this evening possible and bringing industry to life!
