      Pros

      Managers and other team members are quite helpful and friendly. Managers do not micro-manage.

      Cons

      Salary is not very competitive for junior employees. Upper management e.g operation heads and senior operation head won't prioritise employees leading to increased workload without compensation and redundancy.

      Good teammates, bad management

      Pros

      If you're lucky enough, you'll end up spending time with really nice people.

      Cons

      You can do a great job and still end up being assigned to a mission you never asked for and that’s far outside your expertise. If you then voice your concerns to management, you might just get laid off—because it’s easier for them than trying to use your skills elsewhere.
