Hi, Thank you for sharing your experience and for the time you spent at Atolls. I’m glad the team felt friendly and that you enjoyed our events. You raised the issue of long hours around the holidays. That is tough, and we hear it. It is not the pace we aim for. Since 2024 we have been tightening planning for peak weeks. Managers take part in our Manager Development Program to improve capacity planning and communication. We also use the Jobs at Atolls Slack channel to request cross‑team help when volume spikes. We will keep improving scheduling for Sales Operations and related teams. We wish you well in your next role. If you’d like to share more, please reach out to our Talent Attraction and Engagement team at tae.team@atolls.com. Sincerely, Your P&C Team

A great place to start your career

Pros

Plenty of pros, definitely a healthy working culture for KL hub (at least in my experience). Lots of benefits such as quarterly office events, trips, paid OT and more. A great place to start your career indeed with lots of opportunity to grow during your time working here. Helpful colleagues are everywhere. No after-work calls, DMs on your personal number. Peace of mind. Work life balance is top notch.

Cons

A great place to kickstart your career, but not one to stay long. Salary is not really competitive for its location in KL. Even OT pay is a lot more than the increment ngl. Company is fast-paced, definitely need to catch up in order to stay onboard. Expect sudden, new, and fast information to be delivered that needs to be implemented ASAP. They spend more on events, trips, snacks, basically people's welfare except for the competitive salary. The last few years have been rather shaky and not really pleasant due to the Google Update that has significant impact to the company that results in retrenchment.

Hi, Thank you for sharing such a detailed review and for your time at Atolls. I’m glad you found the KL hub supportive, with helpful teammates, clear boundaries after work, and good events and benefits. It sounds like the work-life balance landed well for you. You raised important points on pay in KL. We are working on this. Since 2024 we use our Performance and Salary Review Process with market data by location, and we link changes to impact. The Job Architecture Review is setting clearer roles and pay bands across countries, including Malaysia. The Promotion Matrix, introduced in 2024 and refined in 2025, explains what growth looks like and how it affects pay. We also review benefits by region. Your feedback will be part of that work. You also called out a fast pace and last-minute changes. That can be hard. Our Manager Development Program focuses on planning, prioritization, and clearer communication. Teams are building steadier rhythms so there is more notice and fewer urgent asks. On the business shifts you mentioned, the last few years brought real pressure. Some teams went through restructuring. We know that is tough, and we aimed to handle it with care and transparency. Thank you again for the candid feedback. We wish you well in your next step. Hi, Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m glad the flexible hours, remote options, pay, and office culture work for you. I’m sorry the HR instructions were unclear when you joined. We are tightening our checklists, welcome emails, and first week plans so new joiners know what to do and who to ask. If anything is still missing, please tell your manager or your P&C partner so we can fix it. On pay and flexibility, a quick note. We use the Performance and Salary Review Process launched in 2024, and we follow a role based approach to flexibility across teams. If you’d like to share more, please reach out to our Talent Attraction and Engagement team at tae.team@atolls.com. Sincerely, Your P&C Team
