Pros

I have been with GSG for almost 8 years and I am very happy. The company has grown a lot in recent years and although the teams are now bigger, the essence remains the same. Family reconciliation is possible thanks to its flexibility. The human value for me is the most important thing about the company, along with the respect, empathy, and trust that GSG has placed in me over the years.

Cons

we are gradually getting more social benefits although we are still missing some that the competition does have, but I know that the benefits department is working on improving them
