Regarding workload, we’re sorry to hear that you experienced an increased workload without the proper recognition. Our annual salary review process is designed to ensure fair adjustments based on performance, and we take your feedback seriously. We will address your concerns internally to better understand the root of the issue and explore ways to prevent excessive workload and ensure proper recognition moving forward.
We are sorry to hear that it didn't feel like management listened to the concerns that you raised. Since there are no specific details included, we can just assure that our CEO, as well as the rest of the C-level, always remain open and approachable for any feedback that employees might have to share and take it seriously. The People & Culture team, including dedicated business partners, is also there to support cases when the employee might not feel heard.
