Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the company culture, appreciated the benefits, and had a positive experience working with your team at Atolls. It’s also great to know that you valued the international exposure during your time here. We acknowledge your feedback regarding base compensation. In 2024, we introduced a more structured salary increase and promotion matrix as part of our enhanced performance and salary review process. This framework is not static, it continues to be reviewed and refined in 2025 to ensure it stays competitive and fair across roles and markets. At Atolls, we’re guided by #MakeitGreat, using feedback like yours to strengthen the employee experience and improve how we grow together. If you’d like to share more, feel free to reach out to our Talent Attraction and Engagement team at tae.team@atolls.com. Your P&C Team.

Pros

Work from home, left to do the job, holiday allowance.

Cons

Management do not listen to genuine concerns. Ignore workers declared health conditions, poor pay, poor work/life balance, overall not a welcoming environment. Levels of work increase without the recognition or pay reward, and they will abuse staff positions to avoid hiring extra staff or promoting in house, lack of career development.
