      No longer a good place to work

      Pros

      Nothing now. They are laying off everyone. They are loosing there best and brightest, people that have been there 20 + years. Most of these people will not go back to Worley if there is anyplace else to go.

      Cons

      They are sending all jobs to India or China. They don't seem to even want to try to keep people employed in Houston. They have no dept managers anymore, so when your job comes down there is nobody even trying to find a spot for you on another job. You just get told what your last day at the company is. By someone who doesn't even know you.

      Pros

      Was once a great place to work, good pay, good people and flexible working hours.

      Cons

      No longer winning projects, Letting all of the good talent leave the company, too much reorganization ( we are going to do this, no now we are going to do this) Most of the great talent they had there have already fled to other opportunities with the competition.
