Pay is above average. Work schedule is typically flexible.

Cons

Business development is dreadful. Constant reorganization of management every year. Low workload across the board. Low employee morale. Overhead rates too high. Useless layers of management that I honestly could not identify what their day-to-day tasks are. Corporate-speak in company emails and organization announcements about synergy and disfunctional silos. Constant office moves from downsizing. Benefits recently slashed 401k match and lopped a week off of accrued PTO each year.

I worked with some of the best colleagues I could hope for.

Cons

Following a complete overhaul of leadership at the PA center of power, very little focus or direction was given from Corporate. Poor hiring decisions in replacing that leadership lead to my departure

Good people in project / engineering, support services hit or miss (some good, some bad)

Cons

Frequent half measures taken in re-organizations and initiatives - that drain money, exhaust the surviving workforce. Among the most brutal in quick, no notice termination of employees as the business fails.
