Pros

Interesting cross-channel challenges to tackle Smart people Amazing leverage (size, scale of Walmart Stores) Wonderful people

Cons

Integration challenges can get tiring Trips to Arkansas can get tiring The company is now very large and with that size some of the nimbleness of the earlier years have necessarily gone away

Pros

Fast paced Challenging Decent management Walmart is a fun place to work. There is plenty of opportunity to move up in the company as well.

Cons

The pay isn't as good as it could be. With what the company makes every year in profit, you think they would be able to afford to pay us a couple more dollars an hour.
