Pros

The short work week of having to work a four day work week or 3 day work week was a great beneifit.

Cons

You are expected to compete against other warehouses, since there is no standard method enforced to track production goals some warehouses cheat.

Pros

Good pay, discount. That's about it.

Cons

Expect too much out of you. I had to cover 4 departments on the 2 busiest nights of the week all alone and the expected me to empty 10-14 pallets of freight. Management doesn't care about anyone but the other managers. There's a lot of favoritism.
