Pros

It is a challenging environment. The company is continually changing and refreshing itself. As a program, asset protection at wal-mart is one of the most aggressive amongst the big box stores.

Cons

The company will at times make horrible decisions and move in directions that are a bit rediculous at field level. The communication between upper managment and field level associates is a bit strained. It seems the company does not respect experience anymore and is hiring alot leadership positions from outside the company, no more promoting from within it seems.

Pros

Really easy don't have any worries outside work. Hang out all day and help customers. Not alot of pressure involved.

Cons

management was over worked. Understaffed most of the time. Only care about making money not about the individual. Hard to move up.
