Pros

There arent to many good reasons to work there. One plus though is the start off pay is better than most retail places.

Cons

Some downfalls working for Wal-Mart are the benefits packages, the hours, flexibility, the work environment. Nobody came to work happy.

Pros

If you are a very hard worker than management will notice you, good annual raises, benefits are average, management communications are alright

Cons

General compensation is horrible, too many tasks can be asked of you, if you dont prove your brains than they play you as stupid, communication between everyone could be better
