Pros

Very progressive company that values your input. A truly remarkable logistics and management company. Watch and learn. It's all about learning.

Cons

Can't really think of any worth mentioning but if I had to, I'd say the benefits are really lacking. But that's how they do business.

Pros

I think that walmart is a good place to work, the opportunity for career advancement is pretty good, if you have the right attitude, and a willingness to work.

Cons

By walmart being a 24/7 business, you have to work a lot of nights and weekends. which is not great, but you've got to be there when the business is there.
