Pros

Great pay - you wouldn't expect it from wal-mart, but I was a young kid making $12.00 an hour.

Cons

EVERYTHING - endless hours, crooked management, no concern for the associates

Pros

I will start working with Wal-Mart in a couple of days but I have met my employees and the environment seems like a good working environment.

Cons

It is at a Super Center therefore I predict that things will get pretty hectic but I'm excited nonetheless. Looking forward to it.

Pros

-meet a lot of new people -10% dicount (on non grocery items)

Cons

in order to advance you have to be friends with the CSMs. Your breaks are forgotten ofter. They pressure you to sell the walmart credit card, which is a horrible interest rate and is not good in general
