Pros

No experience required. Possible raise initially after 90 days and subsequently every 12 months. Multiple positions/locations. Easy transfer. Advancement from within available. 10% discount (excluding most grocery). Various outside discounts.

Cons

Perpetually understaffed, causing associates to cover other departments. This leads to coaching for not performing tasks or poor customer service. Transfers negate previously earned raises. No extensive training, leaving many associates uninformed. Inconsistent hours.
