      Pros

      Team work is the law for all involved in. High company references level gives it high opportunities to carry out exciting construction projects. Community of VCGP employees is gravitating arround the world from a project to another, reinforcing company strength by its 'embedded network'.

      Cons

      Free time consuming. Better challenge positions at competitor's. Difficult balance between private and professional life Too much independance may lead to engage ourself (and others) on wrong path.

      Pros

      As part of VINCI PLC, one has the comfort of having a large parent company looking after them.

      Cons

      The leadership at VINCI PLC his highly autocratic, with a strong 'David Joyce' says jump and you say 'how high?' mentality. If you are not a manager then you don't get to park close to the office, nor are you welcome in the manager's corridor. Only come here when invited.
