      Pros

      Departments are independent - HR department doesn't interfere in the recruitment process (I guess for low positions)

      Cons

      Interns don't get the same benefits as other employees.

      Pros

      Many good people. Wages were fair for the area. Management was generally open to new ideas and did not believe that they were above all of the employees.

      Cons

      I found it surprising that very few people within the company understood what was really going on at any given time. The work wasn't difficult, but it seemed like many of the processes were seat of the pants.
