Pros
Would suit a nine to fiver, non-aggressive environment, laid back approach.
Cons
Too slow in progress. Most employees are middle aged and do not have typical London corporate drive. Boring , grey, drab office environment. Curfew imposed on internet use. No voicemail facility on phones so everyone picks up eachother calls! No mobiles/blackberry/s given unless you are senior managment. Not much recognition for modern methods of working - home/remote working. Hours are 8.45am - 5pm with 45min lunch. Generally boring place for young go getter types! But would suit a close to retirement nine to fiver.
