Pros

Good company for people who want to have a career on eletrical project management or finance domains. Dynamic and flexible company with an interesting organisational strcuture.

Cons

Lack of recongnition of support functions like HR, purchasing... This could be improved and we strat to see some actions from the management to catchup

I think every company there must be weaknesses and strengths but all of it if we work together in guiding the company for the better I think it would not exist .
