      Pros

      You can get great responsabilities even if you have few experience.

      Cons

      Typical French group : too many decision takers, few decisions... It's possible having initiatives in Vinci, as long as you don't expect to see them employed. There is a lack of formating : noone has the sensation of being part of one group except of a constellation of small companies forced to live together.

      Pros

      The projects are really interesting and the employees' knowledge is unique. They work in a Professional way and you get to delve deeper and deeper into construction. You can't get out of it without knowing almost everything on construction practices.

      Cons

      A lot of hardwork and dedication. You wouldn't fit there unless you really enjoy civil engineering and construction.
