Pros
Salary and bonus (if they would pay the bonus in full). More or less OK work life balance because you dont have too much work.
Cons
Politics and "blabla" is more appreciated than real performance. Horrible atmosphere with terribly rude and devious people. Incompetent management from bottom to top. Narrow and bad vision of the market even about their own products. Almost no planning and if there is one, then it is badly executed which creates almost no positive outcomes. They throw little money at things with almost no support and expect results. Almost ZERO marketing budget to promote their products is a cruel joke. Not dynamic. Old and outdated product line, people and ideas. Just dont come to work here and lose your valuable career time.
