Pros
It is very hard to think of reasons to work for Unisys Germany. Some people are quite good and if you have the chance to work on your own or on a project, it is also ok. If you would like to stretch your flexibility to work in totally different areas in a short period of time it is quite good. You get a lot of different tasks, from administration work to proposal writing, from business consulting to programming in different languages. When you like to work in really different industries it is also quite a good experience to work for them.
Cons
Huge administrative overload. The processes are driving you sometimes crazy. A lot of very old people, because they got rid of all the young ones during their layoffs in the past few years. They are consequently focussing on the wrong technologies, the wrong trends and on the wrong business ideas. Mostly they are way to late to make an impact. Some of the management people are not worth mentioning, especially some higher US management. Coming to Europe and trying to explain how the world works is not helping. And firing all the people with key skills is also not a good sign.
