There are no benefits. There is no promotion. Bonuses are decided by your Manager and he only likes certain employees, who get a bonus but don’t earn it through real work. Pay increases are a joke, if you even get one. No benefits at all. No overtime pay. No Holiday bonus. Nothing. It’s basically a dead end job pretending to be something special. Multi-billion dollar Corporation that got rich off the backs of their employees- “Employees are our greatest asset.“ - it should be “our wallets are our greatest assets.” Enjoy working here if you like to be overworked and underpaid. Unisys’ closest competitors pay more than 20% higher salaries for the same positions. The company does not care about its overseas projects at all. Hence the poor pay and treatment. Their only concern is business within the United States. Management are ghosts. They only care about themselves.

no progress, just hire and fire when project finishes. it's extremely decentralized and if working for clients without other colleagues from the same company, no chance to keep up to date with information within the company. just bunch of email junk updates
