- Great Colleagues - You are covered when it comes to Hardware (i.e. Laptop, Smartphone) - Company supports well-known business clients
Cons
- Don't expect much information from the Company that directly affects you - Your Manager is either a ghost or consistently behind you - Pay is miserable, Pay Raises are basically being paid to tax because they are miniscule - Time entry system / Pay System is very tedious - Compliance courses must be done on your own time often - Offers a library of Certification Courses, but they rarely want to pay for it - Employee Reviews are suspect and often unfair - Most Employees overseas (depending on location) have an unfavorable view of the Company's reliance on the U.S. HQ. - Favoritism shown to hired Family members when it comes to Pay - New Employees make more than Employees with many years of service
