for the amount of work you do for the pay you’re not going to find it anyway else if you can deal with the toxic work environment
Cons
so if you read some of the other reviews about the workplace toxicity in the other comments that is 100% true, it does not matter based on your work that the ethics it all depends on who you know and who you’re chummy with.

Some good people do work here and do make the effort (including employees, some supervisors, and some middle managers)
Cons
Most upper management and a few middle managers are indifferent to employees, some supervisors, and some middle managers under their authority (especially those within the Operations Department). Upper management have very little respect for colleagues, and encourage a divisional, antagonistic work environment. Going above and beyond is not appreciated unless publicity is involved. The company has a high turnover rate, which is caused by the toxic work environment (rather than the COVID 19 pandemic).

Great job for those seeking technical experience in autonomous vehicles to then move to a different job.
Cons
1. Favoritism; If you like to grovel at the feet of the higher ups for the mere chance of being in the "clique", this job is for you. 2. Nepotism; If you want to work with siblings, old high school friends, couples, or one of the manager's boyfriends cousin, this job is for you. 3. Unprofessional work environment; If you want to work in a high school setting, this job is for you.
